Sales search is the best way to increase your eBay inventory. These tips will help you to become a “rummager” more effectively. You can learn in five minutes what took me two years to find out!

Go online for the sale of used goods. Find for sale in your area. Most of the online newspaper. Craigslist is a good resource. Start looking for a Wednesday or Thursday for the sale in your area. Cut and paste your location to Notepad (Windows) so you have an unformatted text. Then I use Microsoft Word in a two-column format. I print the list and take it with me. The area I live in is solid and some way to change the name in each. I use Microsoft Streets and Trips. Cutting and enter your address in the FIND function. It makes a map to print out the “pin” for each location. Go to areas where there are clusters in order to save time and gas. When you travel to your location to monitor out to “selling pop-up” that people do not advertise in the newspaper. There may be some people there. Estate Sales: I have visited some of these. Now I stay away from sales held by a 3rd party. Too often I have to search for items cherry-picked administrator. Prices will be higher because the organizers have a better idea of the true value. You will compete with many other rummagers. BUT… monitor out for the sale of real do-it-yourself! I hit one cookbook Ukraine. I bought a cookbook written in Cyrillic and the other in English. Every book I sell the dollar and the price of $ 10 and $ 25. Talk to the seller if you are not busy. Pet your dog, a nice comment about the item – even if you do not buy it. Last weekend I asked the person in charge if he would sell me The Who shirt he was wearing. “No!” But we share the story of the Who concert, and he sold me $ 30 merchandise value of $ 20. Even if you’re talking to the seller (if not busy), asking them for things that are not for sale. I’ve got my spell items rattle off… “This is great – do you have a recipe book, an old telephone, old radio, 8-track, 8-track player, GI Joes, fishing equipment, imitation jewelry, postcards, old letters, cards, holy, etc, etc…. I can not say how many times people come out with big things that they never think about selling. Buying down a lot. Inspect and purchase all the many magazines, 45 notes, imitation jewelry, Lego… you can get items cheaper while distracting them easy money. Money – bringing in a single piece of pocket and $ 5 and $ 10s in the other pocket. I kept $ 20-an in my back pocket – do not let the seller know you have plenty of cash. You might see something like – take it, now. “The procession is 9/10th of law.” While you stand there dreaming someone else will snatch it up! Do not mention eBay. If you have kids or your friends by using code words like “Aunt Edith” for eBay. No need to rub your nose in a statement that you will sell them the cowboy boots to someone in Australia. If you want to pay less – to show weakness. “Well, it’s nice but there is a small chip in here… oh, there is a beginning…” Ask about the item so you can add information to your description. How old is this? Do you have a strap, instructions, and the original box? Where did you get this? Do not forget the most important question: Is it working? Bring your business cards to give to others. Networking – making contacts, after you have downloaded the product and paying for it, of course. Finally – HAVE FUN! You will not be hitting any sale of used goods. You will not get any agreement. Take a chance and go outside your area of expertise. Enjoy the weather!Thank you for reading so far! I hope I have given an idea or two.Image Source: http://images.google.com
